Online instructors play a critical role in online student success, and need various forms of institutional support to succeed teaching. This article describes the creation, validation, results Instructor Support Survey (OISS) consisting six sections (a) Technology technical (b) Pedagogical (Course Development Teaching) (c) Education Academic Services (d) Institutional Policies for Education, (e) Recognition, Rewards, Incentives. instructor (N=275) responses highlight areas that are largely prevalent where further awareness such is needed at higher education institutions.
